Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple Colorado Front Range projects. This on-site leadership role requires guiding field teams, managing safety, schedule, quality, and collaboration with owners and design professionals.

We offer a $110,000–$160,000 annual salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, ESOP, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years as Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of civil/site, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, contracts, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
