Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on multi-phase projects across Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range. You will serve as the on-site leader, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

This exempt, salaried role requires relocation to Colorado and 15+ years in commercial construction with 10+ years as a Superintendent.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Aufgaben

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize project delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project budgets and schedules.
