Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across Northern Colorado and the Front Range. This field-based role requires onsite presence and strong leadership of subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

You will manage safety, quality, schedules, budgets, and coordination across multiple complex projects, mentoring junior superintendents and working with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years as Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and codes.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
