Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on front-range projects. You will be the primary on-site representative responsible for safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and owner relations across multiple Colorado projects.

The role requires 15 years of commercial GC experience, with 10 years in superintendent roles, OSHA 30, Procore or similar CM tools, and a proven ability to lead large teams on

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
