Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on high‑value projects across Colorado’s Front Range. This field‑based leadership role requires coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence at multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of civil/site, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Lead safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance; conduct toolbox talks.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, schedules, and project documentation.
