Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute projects of moderate complexity. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, and drive schedule and budget performance to ensure profitable, on-time project completion.

The role requires strong field supervision, Lean/continuous improvement knowledge, and collaboration with owners, designers, and authorities. Must be able to travel and adapt to non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow on the project.
• Oversees project budget and cost reporting using the PM system.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; manages meetings.
• Acts in pursuit of project changes and procurement processes.
• Ensures quality through specifications, QA/QC and external resources.
• Supports project closeouts with owner and design team.
