Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects within our diverse portfolio. You will oversee material, equipment, scheduling and cost reporting to ensure timely, profitable completion while aligning with JE Dunn’s values.

Responsibilities include leading safety culture, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and field staff, and driving project plans from pre‑planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• May require periods of travel and/or relocation.
• Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on site and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and organize overall job and workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage care, custody and control of the project site.
• Lead daily stand-up and weekly trade meetings; manage progress with project team.
