Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects. You will supervise material/equipment, assist with people management, and ensure documentation supports on-time, profitable completion in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate with owners, design teams and vendors, manage budgets, and drive schedule adherence across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must lead safety culture and mentor others.
• Manage subcontractors and job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and safety/QA programs.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site activities.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Understand contracts and changes with owners/architects.

Responsibilities
