Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute highly complex projects in partnership with the project team. You will oversee safety, schedule, budgeting and quality across multiple trades, ensuring timely and profitable completion.

This role requires extensive construction knowledge, Lean methods, and strong leadership. Expect on-site leadership, collaboration with owners and design teams, and a focus on delivering value in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools.
• Ability to apply fundamentals of construction management to projects.
• Strong knowledge of project processes and cost control.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Oversees project staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control and leads meetings.
• Creates and manages the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and costs using cost reports.
• Communicates key project information to owners and teams.
• Supports project closeouts and documentation.
