JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time completion. You will handle material/equipment management, staff coordination, and alignment with project goals under the guidance of the Project Manager.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractors, staffing, budgets, and scheduling while maintaining rigorous documentation and communications with owners, design teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience and 3+ years field supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organization of overall job and workflow.
• Manages project staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs like Safety, Quality and EEO for small to large projects.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
