Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute all aspects of significantly complex projects within our Advanced Facilities Group. You will lead the team, coordinate scheduling and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across subcontractors and site staff.

We value Lean practices, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with owners, architects and field teams. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute all aspects of complex projects.
• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans and schedules; manage budgets and costs.
• Coordinate project meetings and progress reviews.
• Support project closeouts and risk management.
