Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex construction projects and manage safety, schedule, and budgets on site. You will supervise staff, subcontractors and ensure quality while coordinating with owners and design teams.

The role requires extensive field experience in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to drive projects to profitable completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• K-12 experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and manages subcontractors and workflow.
• Develops work plans and manages project schedules.
• Coordinates site logistics, QA/QC and documentation.
• Manages budgets, costs and project reports.
• Collaborates with owners, design teams and authorities.
