Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute highly complex projects. You will lead the project team, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and drive profitability for major construction initiatives.

This role requires extensive field supervision experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage budgets and crews across multiple sites. Travel and non-traditional hours may be involved.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience; 8+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex projects and manage project teams.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and scheduling across trades.
