Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to direct the program-wide quality management system across multiple projects. You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, own the audit program, and drive the corrective-action process to sustain high standards.

You will report metrics to program leadership, approve QC plans and ITPs, and develop staff to ensure alignment with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Senior certification required (CQM-C or equivalent)
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; Approve QC plans and ITPs; report quality metrics monthly
• Develop and mentor QC staff and ensure compliance with standards
