Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site-quality management system, the audit program, and the development of every QC person on the project.

You lead audits with the owner's quality organization and coordinate corrective actions, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. You will report metrics, coordinate with inspectors and managers, and guide the program through ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT

Qualifications

10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
Certification requirements include USACE CQM-C and senior inspector credentials.
Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system with plans, procedures, and audit schedule.
Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and oversee staff development.
Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and manage NCRs.
