Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, leading Quality Managers and inspectors. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding staff across projects.

Responsibilities include establishing plans, directing audits, reporting metrics, and developing the QC team while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications: ICC Special Inspector, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audits.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
• Coordinate with owners, superintendents, and inspectors to ensure compliant reports.
• Oversee QC documentation and subcontractor qualifications and the audit calendar.
