Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a multi-year program. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the interface with the owner's quality organization.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, review metrics, approve QC plans, and coach staff to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and scale a QC organization on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers and QA staff across projects.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
