Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the development of every QC person on the program.

When audits occur, you lead the room, report metrics to program leadership, and coach Quality Managers. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks, guiding a growing QC organization through multi-year projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications: USACE CQM-C plus ICC/NICET/ASQ credentials.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and scale a QC organization on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and lab/inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
