Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior leader to direct quality across a major program. You will own the QC system, drive audits, and manage the team of Quality Managers and inspectors to meet program goals.

You will report metrics, approve plans, lead corrective actions, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks. An established track record of building QC organizations is required.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years in construction quality with five+ years leading quality programs.
• Senior certification in quality discipline (CQM-C, NICET IV, or ASQ CMQ/OE).
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks on owner programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the program quality management system and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and develop staff to plan standards.
• Lead internal audits, host owner/agency/third-party audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
