Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding QC staff and inspectors.

In this senior role, you will chair audits, approve QC plans, report metrics to program leadership, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and other standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
