Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to lead the program-wide quality management system, directing Quality Managers across projects and driving audit programs. The role governs the corrective-action process, reports metrics to leadership, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks.

In this senior position, you’ll shape the QC organization for a multi-year or multi-project program, with travel per diem as needed and a focus on process

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in management.
• CQM-C (USACE) plus senior certification: ICC/ NICET IV or ASQ CMQ-OE.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT QA programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Lead internal audits and host audits by owner, agency and third parties.
• Own the corrective-action program and report metrics monthly.
