Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to oversee quality across a major program. You own the QC program, audit system, and relationships with the owner's quality organization, shaping every QC professional on the project.

You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks while developing the QC team for long-term program success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory/subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly.
