Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to lead the site quality management system and audit program for a major program. You will own the QC framework, direct Quality Managers and inspectors, and drive corrective actions across projects.

You’ll report metrics to program leadership, oversee audits with owners and third parties, and coach the Quality Manager team to ensure compliance with ISO/NQA-1 and DOT QA standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with program and staff management.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and enforce the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
