Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; manage corrective actions.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
• Be the program’s memory, documenting decisions and maintaining system consistency during changes.
