Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding QC staff across projects.

Pay runs $130,000 to $160,000, with travel and per diem as assigned; Texas positions are dispatched from the Sugar Land headquarters, and project-site roles exist elsewhere on a project basis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in leading programs
• Senior certifications: USACE CQM-C or equivalent
• Experience with ISO 9001 / NQA-1 / DOT QA frameworks
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and staff development
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program and report metrics monthly
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and lab/subcontractor qualifications
• Report test pass rates, NCR aging, and audit findings to program leadership
