Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationship with the owner's quality organization, while developing every QC person on the program.

You will chair audits, approve QC plans and laboratory qualifications, and report metrics to program leadership. Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 with travel as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in leading quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Ability to build and hold a QC organization to plan and performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct the site quality management system, audit schedule, and forms.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and manage NCR aging.
