Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You will lead Quality Managers I and II across projects, develop QC staff, and be the go-to person for audits by owners, agencies, and third parties. Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 and varies with certifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications: USACE CQM-C and at least one ICC special inspector category, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks; proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct the program quality management system, audits, and staff development.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; manage audit coverage and corrective actions.
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
• Coordinate audits with owners, agencies, and third parties; manage NCRs.
