Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting through you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the development of every QC person on the program.

Based in Texas, the role's compensation ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 depending on certifications held, verified experience, and the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications listed (USACE CQM-C, ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE).
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program's quality management system, audit schedule, and forms.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and coach staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and manage NCRs and corrective actions.
