Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III todirect the quality program for a major infrastructure portfolio. You will own the QC system, audit program, and liaison with the owner's quality organization across multiple projects.

Lead Quality Managers and inspectors, drive corrective actions, and report metrics to leadership. The role requires 10+ years in construction quality with strong leadership, CQM-C and senior certifications, and experience with ISO/NQA-1 or DOT QA

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• Experience managing quality programs and staff.
• Proven ability to interface with owner and agency quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and report metrics monthly.
