Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Quality Manager III to direct project quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the staff development of QC personnel.

You lead audits with owners and agencies and drive corrective actions to keep programs compliant. Your role requires 10+ years in construction quality, senior certifications, and experience building QC organizations within ISO 9001 or DOT frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification: ICC special inspector, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; report quality metrics monthly.
