Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality programs across major projects. You will own the site QC system, drive audits, and manage the corrective-action program while developing QC staff and coordinating with owners and agencies.

You will report metrics to leadership and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks. This is a senior, travel-friendly role with leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: USACE CQM-C or equivalent.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, audits.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and staff development.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
