Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality across a major program. You own the site QC system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization while developing every QC person on the program.

You will direct Quality Managers and inspectors, drive corrective actions, and report metrics to program leadership, ensuring contractor and subcontractor compliance with ISO 9001/NQA-1 and DOT QA expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Senior certification: ICC CQM-C plus one of NICET Level IV or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program quality management system (plans, procedures, forms, audit schedule)
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly
