Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to lead the program-wide quality management system, overseeing audits, QA documentation, and the QC personnel. You will coordinate with the owner's quality organization and drive the corrective-actions program across multiple projects.

You will approve QC plans and ITPs, report metrics to program leadership, and guide the development of staff while ensuring conformance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks on

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Certifications include USACE CQM-C and senior certification such as ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
