Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Quality Manager III to lead the program-wide quality management system and audit program. You will oversee Quality Managers and inspectors, own the corrective-action process, and report metrics to program leadership.

You will build and defend a QC organization across projects, ensuring compliance with ISO/NQA frameworks and owner requirements, while guiding staff development and audit coordination.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
