Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to lead the quality program across a major infrastructure program. You own the site QC system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality team, guiding Quality Managers and inspectors.

In this senior role you direct quality across projects, develop staff, approve QC plans, and drive corrective actions, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years leading quality programs and staff
• Certifications: USACE CQM-C or senior equivalent, ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly
