Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system, audit program, and staff development. You will coordinate audits with owners, agencies, and third parties, and lead corrective actions to keep projects compliant.

In this senior role, you will report on quality metrics, approve QC plans, and build a robust QC organization for a multi-year project portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the quality management system, audit program, and QC staff development.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across multiple projects and coordinate audits with owners and agencies.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third‑party audits; manage corrective-action program.
