Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner’s quality organization.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, developing staff and ensuring compliance across projects. You will oversee audits, corrective actions, QC plans, and monthly quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: USACE CQM-C plus ICC/NICET/ASQ credentials.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the site quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and monitor performance.
• Lead internal audits and facilitate owner/agency/third‑party audits; manage corrective actions.
