Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding Quality Managers and inspectors on the program.

You will drive audits, manage corrective actions, approve QC plans, and report quality metrics to program leadership monthly. This senior role oversees multiple projects and requires travel as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification: ICC special inspector (multiple categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
