Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit programs, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding Quality Managers and inspectors on the project team.

Your responsibilities include establishing the quality framework, directing audits, reviewing corrective actions, and reporting metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications from the list: USACE CQM-C or ICC/NICET/ASQ equivalents.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
