Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, leading Quality Managers and inspectors and owning the site quality management system and audit program.

You will interface with the owner's quality organization, approve QC plans, and report metrics monthly while guiding the QC staff; travel to project sites is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly
