Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, building each QC person on the program.

You will report on quality metrics, approve QC plans, and lead corrective actions, audits, and staff development across projects on a long-term infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years of managing quality programs and staff.
• Certifications include USACE CQM-C plus ICC Special Inspector (multiple categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization on a large program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and lab/subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
