Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationships with owner quality. You’ll mentor QC staff, coordinate audits, and be the point during owner/auditor reviews.

Travel to project sites is expected as needed. Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with certifications and verified experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality management.
• 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C certification plus senior certification.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and set coverage.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
