Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with QC managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the owner's quality relationship.

Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, with travel; this is a senior role shaping QC practices, audits, and corrective actions across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications: USACE CQM-C or ICC/NICET/ASQ equivalents.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT QA.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; approve quality plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to leadership monthly.
• Coach the Quality Manager and ensure staff readiness for preparatory meetings.
