Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Quality Manager III who directs quality across a major program, overseeing Quality Managers and inspectors and owning the site quality management system, the audit program, and the development of every QC person on the program.

When an agency or owner audits the project, you are the person in the room, presenting quality metrics, approving quality plans, and driving corrective actions to keep work on schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
