Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with QC staff and inspectors reporting through you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

When an agency or owner audits, you are the person in the room, driving corrective actions, approving QC plans, and reporting metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications: USACE CQM-C plus ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
