Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, overseeing Quality Managers and inspectors. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in leadership.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification requested.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Ability to build and lead a QC organization on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
