Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You lead internal audits, host owner/agency/third-party audits, approve QC plans and ITPs, and report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain it to plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
