Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and the development of every QC person on the program.

You will lead internal and third-party audits, approve QC plans, and report metrics to program leadership. Significant travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; oversee audits and corrective actions; report metrics monthly.
