Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, directing Quality Managers and inspectors.

In this senior role you will drive audits, manage corrective actions, approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications, and report metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• Experience managing quality programs and staff.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics (test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings) to program leadership monthly.
