Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct the quality program for a major multi-year project. You will own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, while developing every QC staff member on the program.

In this role, you direct Quality Managers and inspectors, manage corrective actions, and report metrics monthly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• Experience managing quality programs and staff.
• Familiar with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA.
• Ability to build and sustain a QC organization on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program quality management system and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I/II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner/agency/third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
